The Calling
Depicting the true spirit of Olympism, The Calling takes an exhilarating look at what it ‘feels like’ to be at the Olympic Games. This HD film was produced by Team Adrenaline and includes 100 years of archival Olympics footage, with editing and visual effects provided by Beevision. The film is free of narration and features a lush musical score composed by Jack Lenz, performed by the 75 piece Slovak Radio Symphony of Bratislava. It is layered with over 2500 sound effects and is finished in 10.1 surround sound. It played for two years at the Panasonic Theater in Olympic Spirit Toronto.

The Idealist - James Beveridge, Film Guru
This feature length documentary explores the life and work of the legendary Canadian documentary filmmaker James Beveridge. Beveridge lived out his mentor John Grierson’s philosophy of making films to provoke social change, films with a political purpose. He became a great teacher and inspirational mentor to many, but often ignored and abandoned his own family. Beveridge’s daughter Nina embarks on a journey of discovery through North America and India, retracing her father’s steps. The exotic imagery sets the tone for insightful interviews with renowned filmmakers, artists, politicians and musicians.

Hip Hop in the T-Dot series
This entertaining half-hour TV series airs on Rogers Television and is targeted to youth 18-34. It is hosted by Frank Manzo - a talented urban dancer and Sarah Black – a nice girl who can't dance but gives it her best shot! Drawing from a wealth of T-Dot based talent, the program features amazingly talented guest dancers, teachers, artists and celebrities. Each episode, Frank and Sarah go to OIP Dance Studio to take hip hop dance classes from the best in the business. They introduce their guest teacher and then offer a 15 minute class to viewers at home. Then they hang out with friends, competitors and meet celebrities.

The Mysteries of Nanda Devi
Potentially an Environmental Disaster of Unprecendented Magnitude…

Today, almost four pounds of plutonium contained within a nuclear powered espionage tracking device lie locked deep within the glaciers of Nanda Devi, traveling ever closer to the source of the River Ganges, one of India’s largest water supplies. Planted atop the mighty Nanda Devi in the 1960’s by the CIA at the height of the Cold War, the device soon went missing and is today a potentially disastrous time bomb. In this one hour documentary we will take a team of scientists to the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve to explore the current impact of the missing device, how it might be found and then removed from the area, and who should be responsible for averting what could be the most devastating espionage blunder in the earth’s history.

Pasted explores the life and death of the talented artist, photographer and crack addict Alex Beveridge. This intense and hallucinogenic documentary journeys through adolescence to adulthood, exulting in the worlds of art, spiritualism and travel as they collide explosively with drugs, culture and chaos.
Producer/Director Nina Beveridge will journey back through her brother’s life via his greatest work of art – a mandala entitled “The Trail to Charizoni” and the companion article that he wrote, explaining the purpose of each panel –and the meaning of life, according to Alex. This 5 year labour of love was inspired by one of his hikes to Macchu Pichu. It was here that Alex was first ‘pasted’.
Like Jekyl and Hyde, two minds battled over Alex’s body and soul. In partnership with ex-Pixar animator Stephen Barnes (Shrek, Toy Story, Monsters Inc.) Nina will weave a visually vibrant and hallucinogenic tale through the intricacies of the mandala. Innovative animation techniques will bring Alex’s dragons, birds, fish and other icons to life to represent his altered state of mind. Collaboration on sound design will be by Sound Dogs / Stephen Barden (Requiem for a Dream).
